Tip #1: Evade the use of carbohydrates those are white

Evade the use of carbohydrates those are white. Avoid consuming the use of foods like rice, bread, potatoes, cereal, fried food and pasta. Remember to exclude these foods one and half-hours of concluding workout training at least twenty minutes span. Evading these white foods will make you safe.
